Send us your images for your personalized jigsaw puzzle. We will optimize and than insert them into the template. The background image and the frames for your single images are used from our template. The size of the images on the overall image will be adjusted according to the number of your images.

Please choose what type of original you will send us.
When sending your images (Email or by post) always note the Order-ID, which will be sent to you with the order confirmation by email. Together with the confirmation email you will also receive information on how to send us your image (Adress, emailadress or FTP-account).
 
Packaging:
Box with image. The puzzle pieces additionally are packed in a fine cloth bag.

  • Versandkosten: Diese sind abhängig vom Zielland, der Puzzlegrösse (Gewicht) und der Anzahl. Die Versandkosten werden während des Bestellvorganges entsprechend Ihrer Bestellung ausgewiesen.
  • Bilddaten: Bitte wählen Sie aus, wie Sie uns das Bildmaterial zukommen lassen (Email, Post etc.).
  • Bildqualität: Sollte Ihr Bildmaterial aufgrund geringer Auflösung, Unschärfe oder anderer Faktoren für einen einwandfreien Druck problematisch sein, werden wir uns bei Ihnen melden.
  • Grössere Stückzahlen: Preise auf Anfrage

Ablauf Online-Bestellung
  • Puzzle Format und Art des Bildmaterials wählen.
  • Bestelldaten (Adresse, Versandart, Zahlungsart) eingeben.
  • Bestellung bestätigen
  • Sie erhalten eine Email-Bestellbestätigung mit Ihren Bestelldaten und weiteren Informationen (Bestell-ID für Zusendung des Bildmaterials (Email, FTP, Post), Bankdaten bei Vorauszahlung)
  • Sie senden uns das Bildmaterial mit Angabe der Bestell-ID zu.
  • Bei Versand des Puzzles erhalten Sie eine Versandmeldung
